美国国会显然被前两天中国外交部发布的关于不要狗拿耗子的声明严重piss off了。除了一个例外，所有与会人员，包括委员会主席都took it personally，言辞激烈的声称这是一个事关美国国家安全的交易，应该严厉禁止。很显然同志们都不太喜欢中国，张口communism闭口dictatership。其中一个老头的comment比较形象：China is like a growingstudent in a school. It's becoming a bully and it is giving us a sharp elbow by taking away 

our oil reserve.可以说反方实在是轼单力孤，只有一个人在苦苦支撑，此公好象叫泰勒，嘴巴很厉害，思路也很清晰。他的argument is that since everyoneespecially the UNOCAL share holders think china is paying way too much than it
 really worth. Why not take this bargan? The big trade deficit has to have some way to release. Ten or twenty 

years ago, Japan was doing the same thing but turns out they bought a lot of bad property from America and 

damaged their owneconomy. Venezuela just bought a bigger oil company from america too, why nobody was

 arguing about that? China taking this company won't prevent American from buying oil. Sadam was very hostile

 and he still want to sell oil to the world including the us.
